Textual Practice is one of the most sought after journals in literary and cultural theory. But I’m afraid I may have a sour experience. I had submitted an article on 9 May 2021. It’s been nearly a month. The article status is still “With Journal Administrator”. No idea when they’ll assign it to an in-house editor. Judging by their speed, I’m afraid many months of mine will be wasted only for a (let’s hope not) reject or major revision.
