Our paper took over a year since it was accepted to be published due to administrative errors. Admin replied to emails rarely and only with copy and pasted responses. Cheif editor didn’t reply to any emails. We only managed to get an update from them after I complained about their conduct to Taylor & Francis directly. I assumr they would never have progressed the paper to print had we not taken the issue higher.
